Amanda has spent over a decade working at the intersection of design and business in the high-end custom residential world - alongside contractors, designers, and trades of every kind. That breadth of experience isn't just a résumé detail - it's the foundation everything at Paven House is built on.
Across 400+ projects she's seen how the best projects come together - and where even the most talented teams fall apart. Miscommunication, inconsistent processes, clients left in the dark. The work was beautiful but the experience behind it didn't always match.
That gap became her obsession. Amanda found herself equally drawn to the design itself and the operations that support it - how a studio runs, how clients are led through a project, how a business grows without the wheels falling off. She pursued formal education in interior design alongside hands-on experience across business development, in-house design, and client management - building a rare fluency in both the creative and operational sides of the industry.
Today, she channels all of it into Paven House - supporting designers, builders, and trades with the systems, strategy, and client experience frameworks that help them do their best work, run a smoother business, and leave every client feeling like a priority.
On weekends, you can find Amanda with her husband hosting dinners, trying new restaurants, and renovating their recently purchased #projectmaybeforever home with their goofy golden retriever, George.
